UNTIL SEPTEMBER 16    Exhibition of work by Anthony Lysycia completed during a creative gap year in rural France, at The Gallery at Parndon Mill, off Elizabeth Way, Harlow (Tuesday-Friday 10am-5pm, Sunday 2pm-4pm).

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 23   Three Valleys Male Voice Choir concert, St Mary Magdalene Church, Harlow (3pm) raising money for Arthritis Research UK. Programme includes pieces featuring soloists Roland Gallery and Alicia Dines on guitar and flute. 
Tea will be served in the church hall after the concert.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 28   Autumn Firewalk, St Clare Hospice, Hastingwood Road, Hastingwood (3.30pm-6pm). A chance to take on a barefoot walk over red hot wood embers, smouldering at over 800 degrees Fahrenheit. 
Places are limited to 40.
Registration is 25 per person with participants asked to pledge to raise a minimum of 150 in sponsorship. Under-18s must have signed guardian permission to walk.
